The staff was polite! I appreciated their willingness to accommodate our special requests. The room was clean, with a lovely mountain view, made mornings bright and refreshing. The restaurant offered a delectable variety of food options.
The Wi-Fi was annoyingly slow.

The location was good and easy, relatively close to Bansko Ski Resort. I needed 15 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. I ate at a very nice restaurant with delicious food and normal prices. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and an absolutely stunning view of the Bansko mountain😃

Unboxing my experience
Five nights of good hospitality! The charming decor and fine mountain views. I reveled in the excellent spa facilities with saunas and a pool, all followed by delicious meals served with care. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the gondola. Highly recommend!

The rooms are in dire need of an upgrade, resembling something straight out of the '80s and smelling a bit musty. The mattress situation is woeful-overly soft with noticeable slats that will leave you feeling every bump, and power outlets near the bed? Forget it. Breakfast starts at 8 a.m., which kills your chances of hitting the gondola early, and the WiFi is worse than a malfunctioning hyperdrive. The swimming pool is often caught in a kiddie tornado, and the limited variety in the breakfast menu can leave you yearning for more options. Don't count on the jacuzzi either. It frequently plays hard to get.
